Fees

TelDesign provides its services to clients on a fixed-fee basis, either per-project or per-hour. In either case, we like to work in milestone phases using a phased project approach that ensures regular checkpoints and client permissions throughout the project.

We maintain a timesheet throughout the project and share this with each client through a private TelDesign Client Website.

Occasionally (if so desired by the Client, if the project is suitable for such an arrangement, and if such an arrangement is deemed to be in the Client's best interest), we may operate on a "contingency fee" model where our fees are determined on the basis of a pre-arranged criteria of savings achieved through our services.
