Fees

TelDesign provides its services to clients on a fixed-fee basis, either per-project or per-hour. In either case, we like to work in milestone phases using a phased project approach that ensures regular checkpoints and client permissions throughout the project.

We maintain a timesheet throughout the project and share this with each client through a private TelDesign Client Website.

If so desired by the Client, we may operate on a "contingency fee" model where our fees are determined on the basis of pre-arranged criteria of savings achieved through our services.
