As members of the Canadian Telecommunications Consultants Association, all TelDesign staff members are bound by the Association's Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct. Section 7 of the Code states that we "will only accept those engagements which we are qualified to undertake".
TelDesign is not afraid to partner with other organizations if we feel that these organizations will add that little bit of additional expertise or hands-on experience necessary to even further enhance the value of the project for the Client. If necessary, TelDesign is does also not hesitate to refer the Client to an alternate source of expertise if we feel that the Client would be better served that way. TelDesign celebrates partnering to maximize the Client value in the engagement.
